  1. Brushing should be done in a slight circular motion rather than horizontally or vertically.
  2. Brushing should be done with a slight bend toward your teeth. (Tilt the brush at a 45° angle to the gum line)

  4. Your brush’s bristles should be very soft.
Proper Brushing Technique

Do you realize that cleaning our teeth does not completely clean them? Yes, it is true. Thirty to fifty percent of teeth stay dirty. That is why the flossing procedure is performed.

According to a nationwide poll, around 4 in 10 Americans floss their teeth at least once every day, and 20% never floss at all.

The act of flossing involves carefully slipping dental floss between your teeth. It cleans bacteria from teeth and gets rid of plaque. Here, I’ll provide a video link. Watch the entire video to properly understand the flossing technique.

The actual way of flossing

Alum and turmeric powder with mustard oil

Alum is a chemical substance. This is something you’ve seen in the barbershop. He uses this in case he accidentally cuts your flesh with the blade. When alum is applied to wounds, it shrinks the tissues and stops the bleeding.

To create alum powder, follow this procedure. First and foremost, put a bowl on fire. In the heated bowl, place a piece of alum. Stop the fire when the alum has fully melted.

Allow some time for the solution to cool down. It will become hard. You can simply grand this and convert it into powder now.

Finally, take 1/2 teaspoon of alum powder, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and some drops of mustard oil. Now add all ingredients and make a paste.

Apply this paste to the bleeding tooth and leave it for 10 minutes. Use your fingers to apply it instead of a brush.

There is nothing better than this paste because it is cheap and effective. Apply it 2 to 3 times a day. With just 4 to 5 applications, you will get positive results.

Gargle with iodopovidone (Betadine)

Alternatively, you can soak a cotton ball in honey and place it directly on the bleeding tooth. Leave it here for a while.

This process can be performed several times a day. It is all up to you. Keep going if you realize that honey truly stops the bleeding and relaxes you; otherwise, schedule an appointment with a dental specialist. Because you don’t know the actual reason for teeth bleeding.

Intake of vitamin C

According to Medical News Today, Tooth gum bleeding may be caused by a vitamin C deficiency. Tooth health cannot be maintained by just brushing and flossing.

You should strive to boost your consumption of products that are high in vitamin C. This may help keep your gum tissues healthy.

Lemons can be used in this way. Put a few drops of juice in your mouth and apply it to your bleeding gums. Hold on for a moment. Spit the liquid out instead of swallowing it.

You may also make a natural mouthwash using lemon. Take one regular-sized lemon and squeeze out the juice. Now mix it with one cup of water. This is how you can quickly make natural mouthwash at home. You can use this to rinse your mouth after a meal.
